The Hôtel La Pirogue has two conference rooms, of different sizes, which may be arranged to suit the nature of your event, either with your family or on business. The “Sésame” room covers a surface area of 250 m2 and can accommodate 225 people laid out as a Theatre, 150 people laid out as a Classroom and 120 people laid out for a Banquet. The “Muscade” room covers a surface area of 315 m2 and can accommodate up to 130 people for a Banquet. The teams at the 4-star Hôtel La Pirogue can provide a variety of facilities, free of charge and for which charges apply, to organise your events and sales missions in full.
Comprehensive equipment for all your events
To organise your on-site events down to the slightest detail, we can provide comprehensive equipment free of charge or at cost, depending on your requirements. Facilities provided free of charge include a flipchart, marker pens, a podium, a desk, pencils and a notepad, plus a microphone and sound system, a CD player and DVD player with screen, plus a projector and laser pointer. Subject to a surcharge, you may hire a fax machine, computers, mobile phones and local telephones and use the services of a sound technician.
